Helder Luís

I studied graphic design and typography and have been working for a wide range of companies and institutions both in and outside Portugal since 1996, either as a freelancer or through notype, my graphic and multimedia design company. My work has been featured in various national and international events and published in outlets like Publish magazine and the book Marcas e Marcas PT, which showcases several of my brand designs.

As a multimedia artist, I’ve created numerous works both individually and as part of various collectives. As a musician, I’ve been involved in different projects and performed solo, focusing on experimental guitar soundscapes.
I collaborated as an artist, multimedia designer, or consultant with various notable figures, and my work has been exhibited in solo and group exhibitions and featured at major events and institutions.

Currently, I’m engaged in multiple documentary and artistic projects centered on maritime culture, publishing books and exhibiting my work, while continuing to explore other personal interests and produce music.
